Who We Are
Established in 1990, the First Issues Collectors Club is a community of people promoting the collecting and research of the first postage stamps issued by any nation, province, city, army or other stamp issuing entity.

We also publish a quarterly journal, First Issues.

Club Goals

To study and catalog all stamp issuing entities and their first postage stamps.
To understand the political and postal changes that have brought about the issuance of new postage stamps.
To study and catalog the numerous reprints and forgeries of these issues
